No exchange No Refund No Return on dislike basis.

While shopping with our online store this indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.

Return or exchange is only for damaged products (if any) and Return and replacement is strictly not accepted without proper video.

 Make a video of package(s) always (from before opening the package(s)-seal up to full view of your product(s)). We are not accountable for any damage and missing of products without an appropriate video.

 Small problems like thread come out, open stitching, removable spot or strain is not considered in damage.

Only products which are unspoiled, unworn, unused, unwashed, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging and eligible for exchange.

All the discounted, sale, gift voucher purchases, and coupon are non-returnable, non-refundable & non-exchangeable. So, kindly go through the facts carefully of sale products before proceeding.

Please note: Personalized orders aren’t qualified for returns.

As per company policy we don’t provide refund/return on any product once sold. The products can be exchanged for replacement once they are sold.

If an eligible item is out of stock from the same seller, it can’t be replaced. In that situation, will give you a credit note and the amount will be adjusted on the future order or when the required product will be back in stock.

The credit note will be valid up to 90days from the date of receipt of store credit.

Please be advised, that exchange is allowed once per order.

Exchange can be available within 7days for the date of delivery

THE REVIVE BOUTIQUE will not be responsible for any lost shipment so, please make sure that you are putting the correct correspondence details.

 In case of Exchange shipping is to borne by customer no excuse on that.

Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation.

You are agreeing not to dispute the decision made by THE REVIVE BOUTIQUE and accept the decision regarding the cancellation.

Colour difference be subject to the screen resolution of the system/device used by the customer/client and camera lights, please don’t suppose an exchange or return for the same.
